Cheers for your Marriage!!!

Getting married is very much like going to a restaurant with friends. You order what you want then, when you see what the other person has, you wish you had ordered that.

Woman: Will it help?
Dr: No, but the thought of long life will never come.

It's a formality just like two boxers shaking hands before the fight begins!

Husband: Darling today is our anniversary, what should we do?

Wife: Let us stand in silence for 2 minutes.

It's funny when people discuss Love Marriage vs Arranged.
It's like asking someone, if suicide is better or being murdered.

It is difficult to understand GOD. He makes such beautiful things as women and then he turns them into Wives.

There
is a
way of transferring funds that is even faster than electronic banking. It's called marriage.

Girlfriends r like chocolates,
taste good anytime.

------------ --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- ---

Man: Don't take any chances. Burn the body and bury the ash.

Prospective husband: Do you have a book called 'Man, The Master of Women'?
Salesgirl: The fiction department is on the other side, sir.

------------ --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- ---

There was this guy who told his woman that he loved her so much that he would go through hell for her. They got married and now he is going thru hell.

Fact of life: One woman brings you into this world crying & the other ensures you continue to do so for the rest of your life!

Q: Why doesn't law permit a man to marry a second woman?
A: Because as per law you cannot be punished twice for the same offence!

The eight incarnations of Ganesha

Vakratunda

1.      Vakratunda  ("twisting trunk"), first in the series, represents the absolute as the aggregate of all bodies, an embodiment of the form of Brahman. The purpose of this incarnation is to overcome the demon MatsaryÄ sura (envy, jealousy). His mount (vÄ hana) is a lion.

Ekadanta

2.      Ekadanta ("single tusk") represents the aggregate of all individual souls, an embodiment of the essential nature of Brahman. the purpose of this incarnation is to overcome the demon MadÄ sura (arrogance, conceit). His mount is a mouse.

Mahodara

3.      Mahodara ("big belly") is a synthesis of both Vakratunda and Ekadanta. It is the absolute as it enters into the creative process. It is an embodiment of the wisdom of Brahman. The purpose of this incarnation is to overcome the demon MohÄ sura (delusion, confusion). His mount is a mouse.

Gajavaktra

4.      Gajavaktra (or GajÄ nana) ("elephant face") is a counterpart to Mahodara. The purpose of this incarnation is to overcome the demon LobhÄ sura (greed). His mount is a mouse.

Lambodara

5.      Lambodara ("pendulous belly") is the first of four incarnations that correspond to the stage where the PurÄ nic gods are created. Lambodara corresponds to Åšakti, the pure power of Brahman. The purpose of this incarnation is to overcome the demon KrodhÄ sura (anger). His mount is a mouse.

Vikata

6.      Vikata (Vikata) ("unusual form", "misshapen") corresponds to SÅ«rya. He is an embodiment of the illuminating nature of Brahman. The purpose of this incarnation is to overcome the demon KÄ mÄ sura (lust). His mount is a peacock.

Vighnaraja

The Tea Cup

There was a couple who used to go to shop in the beautiful stores. They both liked antiques and pottery and especially teacups. One day in this beautiful shop they saw a beautiful teacup. They said, "May we see that? We've never seen one quite so beautiful."  As the lady handed it to them, suddenly the teacup spoke.

"You don't understand," it said. "I haven't always been a teacup. There was a time when I was red and I was clay." My master took me and rolled me and patted me over and over and I yelled out, "let me alone", but he only smiled, "Not yet."

"Then I was placed on a spinning wheel," the teacup said, "and suddenly I was spun around and around and around. Stop it! I'm getting dizzy!" I screamed. But the master only nodded and said, 'Not yet."

Then he put me in the oven. I never felt such heat. I wondered why he wanted to burn me,and I yelled and knocked at the door. I could see him through the opening and I could read his lips as He shook his head, "Not yet."

Finally the door opened, he put me on the shelf, and I began to cool. "There, that's better," I said. And he brushed and painted me all over. The fumes were horrible. I thought I would gag. "Stop it, stop it!" I cried. He only nodded, "Not yet."

Then suddenly he put me back into the oven, not like the first one. This was twice as hot and I knew I would suffocate. I begged. I pleaded. I screamed. I cried. All the time I could see him through the opening nodding his head saying, "Not yet."

Then I knew there wasn't any hope. I would never make it. I was ready to give up. But the door opened and he took me out and placed me on the shelf. One hour later he handed me a mirror and said, "Look at yourself." And I did. I said, "That's not me; that couldn't be me. It's beautiful. I'm beautiful."

"I want you to remember," then, he said, "I know it hurts to be rolled and patted, but if I had left you alone, you'd have dried up. I know it made you dizzy to spin around on the wheel, but if I had stopped, you would have crumbled.

I knew it hurt and was hot and disagreeable in the oven, but if I hadn't put you there, you would have cracked. I know the fumes were bad when I brushed and painted you all over, but if I hadn't done that, you never would have hardened; you would not have had any color in your life.

And if I hadn't put you back in that second oven, you wouldn't survive for very long because the hardness would not have held. Now you are a finished product. You are what I had in mind when I first began with you."

God knows what He's doing (for all of us).He is the Potter, and we are His clay.He will mold us and make us, So that we may be made into a flawless piece of work To fulfill His good, pleasing, and perfect will

Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
(Heb 2:18)
