Saravana Stores in T Nagar, Chennai

Before two months I purchased a Transcend pendrive and a Samsung keyboard .

In the keyboard three keys were not working, to complain this I called

Samsung customer care. To my surprise the customer care officer says they

never manufactured keyboard. Then I called Saravana stores, they gave a

samsung customer care number. But that number is not Samsung customer care

no, its a shop in Richi street. Then I had a deep look at my keyboard and

noticed that the symbol of Samsung is different from the original symbol

which in my mobile. This happened befor two days.



Yesterday the pendrive gave me trouble. I was not able to copy pictures in

it. If i copy, some of them cannot be opened and some them will be

collapsed. For this also when I called Saravana stores, Another surprise,

they gave me the same number of the shop in richi street. When i shouted

saying my conversation with Samsung, after a long hold, he gave me another

number saying that its also a customer care number, I dont know which

number is that, Nobody is picking the phone in that number.



So what i want you to do is, forward this mail to all of ur friends, Let

this msg reach all and atleast after this incident to me, we will avoid

purchasing any electronic items in Saravana stores.
